Lip Balm Addiction
If you’re anything like me, you have lip balms in different purses, coat pockets, and rooms throughout the house. Here are my three favorites.
Beautycounter Lip Conditioner
Beautycounter is a brand that really walks the walk. Not only do they make products that are certifiably non-toxic, they also raise awareness and use their platform to advocate for stricter guidelines and regulations in the personal care industry. I love both the calendula and peppermint flavors of their Lip Conditioners. They also have a lovely sheen that makes lips look healthy and moisturized, making them a great choice to wear out of the house.
Dr. Bronner’s Organic Lip Balm
You may have tried Dr.Bronner’s All-In-One organic castile soaps in the past. Dr. Bronner makes products that can be used in multiple ways, and the company’s organic lip balms are no exception. Along with lips, they can be used to soothe dry skin on cuticles, hands, elbows, face, everywhere. They contain jojoba, avocado, hemp oils and beeswax.
Soothing Touch Vanilla Chai Lip Balm
I used to buy these sweet and spicy lip balms by the box when they were available on Amazon and hand them out to friends like candy. They are still easy to order and so reasonably priced, you may want to buy a box too. They really smell like chai! If that’s not your thing, there are at least a half dozen other flavors, such as Vanilla Rose, Lavender Coconut, Coconut Lime, Grapefruit and Vitamin C, and good old Peppermint.
Do you know of any lip balms so healthy you could almost eat them?
