This summer is bound to be a casual one with the world still in various stages of staying at home. I’ve been stocking up on easy pieces that look good with a variety of items. This military cargo jacket from Amazon comes in four colors, and I kind of want them all! Scroll down to find out more about my favorite jacket for the summer!
In fact, I just popped the dark grey and black into my cart! I already have a green cargo jacket, though it comes in that color too, in case you were wondering. This cargo jacket is super versatile and I can see it working for pretty much all seasons, except for the coldest winters. Let’s take a closer look at this elevated basic. I’ve also created a style guide to show how versatile it is.
Amazon Military Cargo Jacket Look:
This jacket is made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane and is conveniently machine washable. I would recommend washing on cold and hanging to dry. The smooth cotton twill has accent stitching and multiple pockets. Two of the pockets on the chest area have zippers. The military cargo jacket zips up and the collar also stands. I don’t usually “pop my collar” though on this jacket it just works. Either way, this jacket is super versatile. Throw a sweater underneath it over jeans and boots, and you have yourself a fall look too. See my style guide below for some ideas.
