We recently took the girls skiing for the first time and we had a blast. So glad we made the effort to go, despite my initial thoughts of there being too much to prepare for and too many logistics. The mountain the girls skied at is a family friendly mountain, Butternut in the Berkshires of Massachusetts in case you’re wondering, and we basically threw on some warm clothes, and off we went!
I’ve always loved the apres ski life, and though it’s been a while since I skied, now that the girls are clearly into it, it’s time to find some cute ski clothes for all. Think I’ll start with some matching snow boots!
Here I’m wearing this pair of winter boots, while Elle on the far left, my seven year old is wearing a similar pair of boots, and little Summer, who is three, wears these winter boots that are a waterproof shearling.
All the boots I am about to share are waterproof.

Mommy and Me Matching Snow Boots
So it turns out the boots I am wearing do come in youth sizes! These boots are my favorite winter boots that I absolutely adore for skiing and other winter events because despite their hefty size they feel fairly lightweight on. They are also super functional as they keep my feet really warm, so no need to layer socks. The Mommy boots below are on the right, while the mini boots are on the left. So close in appearance it’s hard to even tell the difference! The boots each come in multiple colors.
Iconic Caribou Boot
With these boots, the women’s boot comes in three colors, shale, black, and stone, while the kids boots come in a rainbow of colors. For a total twinning look, get the same colors, though it’s still a twin even in a different color!
These boots bring to mind an iconic style of all weather boot.
These are the classic Ugg boots and they come in a rainbow of colors for both you and your mini.
Short Faux Shearling Boot
Love the feminine lace up ribbon on this boots. They come in a multiple colors, and have a shorter shaft.
