I consider athflow style to be one of the greatest fashion concepts to ever be invented. So what is athflow, and how to wear it? I’m going to share a couple of easy styles with items c/o Everlane. Athflow is derived from athleisure, which is likely how the majority of us have been dressed for the past year. Athleisure usually references joggers or leggings, and can be worn to work out in, or is about throwing on clothes to putter around the house in. Athflow takes it one step further with looks that can possibly be worn to take a walk around the block, though could also work to meet friends out for drinks, hang with the kids at home, and attend a WFH meeting on Zoom. Depending on the level of formality at one’s office, you could also wear a dressier version of athflow to work, swapping joggers or leggings out for loose flowy pants.
Athflow Style
Everlane is one of my favorite brands for athflow inspired looks. Casual comfort in classic pieces are easy to throw on and style in multiple ways. With life still being lived mostly at home, and the fact that I work from home, I can get away with a more laid back athflow style. These pieces are inspired with an athletic, sporty perspective.
Matching Jogger Pants and Sweatshirt
These super soft track pants and crew neck sweatshirt have quickly become favorites of mine. Made of 100% organic cotton, it features an elastic waistband, high rise, and side pockets, and has a relaxed tapered leg. According to Everlane’s website, the cotton is a custom-developed French terry. It sure feels soft and smooth on my dry winter skin!
These items come in black, as well as ready for spring laurel, a soft green, and apricot, a soft peach shade.
Style with a Shacket
Imagine throwing a shacket over top of this luxurious looking set? Yes please! I’ve rounded up some shackets that would look fab over relaxed clothing. I also want to highlight this lightweight chore jacket. What’s a chore jacket you ask? It’s a jacket that makes getting dressed to leave the house less of a chore! This one is special because its got a boxy fit that is perfect for laying.
Sweatshirt Dress
I wore a sweatshirt dress on Instagram and it quickly became one of my top selling items. A sweatshirt dress is so versatile, worn alone or with a pair of leggings or even jeans underneath. I love how the dress has a “seam” running down the front, it’s all in the details!
Styled with a pair of slouchy socks and sneakers, a spring trend this year, I can’t think of too many other looks that are as comfortable.

The LTK app, or Like to Know. It app allows various items from one look to all be linked into one image that is shoppable. You may have seen several bloggers, including me, use it on Instagram. One of the best things about using the LTK app is that individual items can be searched for, as in a search engine. Whenever brands or stores are having sales, the app lets its users know.
