Silver Tunic Dress

Fall/Winter

I have recently fallen in love with a shimmery, shiny little number, a silver tunic dress. On me it’s strictly a tunic, though for our more petit friends, it could easily work as a stand alone dress, as well as thrown over a pair of pants or leggings. Either way, with this piece over the holidays, you will shimmer and shine no matter the occasion!

Silver Sequin Tunic Dress

This silver sequin tunic dress is from one of my favorite online boutiques, Red Dress. Every seasonal closet should have something sparkly for the holidays and this is my pick for most versatile piece. The wrapped neckline has a snap that keeps everything secure and in place, and the detachable sash provides an optimal fit. The long sleeves have button close cuffs with a finished cuff that matches the bottom of the garment. With a zipper up the back, you’ll find it easy to get in and out! This item fits true to size, I’m wearing a small. At the time of this writing, they are fully stocked.

Style your Silver Tunic Dress As a Tunic

When wearing the silver sequin tunic dress as a tunic, I suggest a long line pair of black pants to give the illusion of added length. Plus, there is nothing chicer than a long pair of tight black pants over a pair of heels. I’ve chosen a simple pair of black heels to create a seamless look, and to allow for the sequin piece to be the main event. An added pair of sparkly hoop earrings, also in silver, complete this simple look that truly can go anywhere. Whether you are going to a work Christmas party, or somewhere festive with the girls to party, this look takes you anywhere. P.S. My earrings are only $3.00!

Wear your Silver Tunic Dress As a Dress

On my 5’10 frame, this item was far too short to be considered a dress. On the Red Dress website, the model is stated as being 5’8 and she is wearing it as a dress. I do feel that even at 5’8, the dress may be a tad bit short, and absolutely too short for a work party. If you are 5’6 or under, then this piece would work as a dress.
